And Another Counsel for Petitioner :- Piyush Pathak Hon'ble Rajnish Kumar,J. Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Shri Abhishek Dubey, Advocate holding brief of Shri Piyush Pathak, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed a Divorce Petition No.1421 of 2021, under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. On account of pendency of the divorce petition, the marriage of the sister of the petitioner could not be solemnized. He prays for a direction to be issued to concerned court for disposal of the divorce petition in a time bound manner. Considering the nature of order proposed to be passed, the notice to respondent no.2 is dispensed with. The respondent no.1 is the court concerned. Accordingly, without entering into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to move an application for expeditious disposal of the divorce petition in a time bound manner showing urgency in the said application. If the same is moved within a period of one week from today, the same shall be considered by the concerned court and an appropriate order shall be passed thereon within a further period of two weeks in accordance with law.
