¶1After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to press the instant bail application and the same be dismissed as not pressed.

¶2No objection in this regard is made by learned AGA.

¶3Having regard to the request made on behalf of the applicant, the instant bail application is dismissed as not pressed. However, the applicant may again approach this Court for renewal of his prayer for bail, if the witnesses of the fact are not examined, within six months from today.
