¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner, Sri Dilip Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for respondent Gaon Sabha and learned Standing Counsel for State.

¶2Present writ petition is filed by petitioner praying that respondent no.3 District Magistrate, Hardoi may be directed to decide the Appeal dated 08.08.2023 filed by petitioner for cancellation of lease dated 11.07.2023 granted in favour of respondent no.7.

¶3Learned counsel for petitioner submits that grievance of petitioner would be sufficiently met in case respondent no.3 considers and decides the aforesaid appeal in a time bound manner.

¶4Looking into the facts and circumstances of the case, without entering into the merits of the case, respondent no.3 District Magistrate, Hardoi is directed to proceed with the Appeal dated 08.08.2023 and decide the same in accordance with law, by a reasoned and speaking order, after hearing all the parties concerned, as expeditiously as possible say within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is placed before him.
