¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties.

¶2This petition in public interest is unaccompanied by any relevant document on the basis of which Jal Jiwan Mission for the purpose of installation of water tank is sought to be interrupted at the place in dispute.

¶3According to the petitioner, the khalihan land is being utilized for construction of water tank but on a perusal of the record placed before us we are unable to gather either any resolution passed by the Gaon Sabha or any information sought by the petitioner to this effect under the Right to Information Act.

¶4Halfhearted petitions for espousing the cause in public interest cannot be appreciated.

¶5The credentials of the petitioner are also not well defined.
