Heard Sri Ashish David Rao, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Gaurav Choudhry, learned counsel for opposite party No.2, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the parties have entered into compromise outside the court and the matter has been settled between the parties. Learned counsel for the applicant further submits that the compromise has been filed before the court below, but the same has not been verified, thus a positive direction be given to the court below to verify the contents of the compromise, so that the same may be filed before this Court and the proceeding of the case may be quashed. Learned A.G.A. as well as learned Counsel for opposite party No.2 have no objection to the prayer made by the learned counsel for the applicants. Accordingly, the present application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below that if a compromise is already filed by the applicant before the court below and the parties appear, the contents of the compromise be verified in accordance with law within six weeks from today. Certified copies annexed, if any, with this application be returned to the learned counsel for the applicant after keeping the photostat of the same on record.
