The Block Development Officer, Tadiyawan, District Hardoi, is present in person in furtherance of the order dated 29.11.2023 and filed the personal affidavit, the same is taken on record. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the State. Grievance of petitioner is that funds of MGNREGA is being misappropriated which has been released for construction of animal shades maintained by the persons belonging to below poverty line. In the given circumstances, petitioner has a remedy to file his complaint before the Ombudsman, MGNREGA concerned as per the Government Order detailing the scheme of MGNREGA. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the same. In case such an application is filed by the petitioner before the Ombudsman, MGNREGA concerned, he shall consider the same and pass appropriate order in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
