This petition has been filed for a direction for disposal of Regular Suit No.44 of 2017; Subhash Versus Pramod Dhawan and others, pending in the court of Civil Judge, Junior Division, Gonda. Perusal of the order sheet indicates that the case was being listed for further orders for which learned counsel for the petitioner says that it was for final orders, which could not have been, because the notices have been served through publication subsequent thereto and thereafter the petitioner has moved the application for amendment in the plaint, which is still pending, therefore at this stage this court does not deem it appropriate to direct for disposal of the Suit in time bound manner. Even otherwise a direction for disposal of the suit cannot be issued by this court and the parties may move to the concerned court at appropriate stage showing urgency and the concerned court can consider it in accordance with law.
