¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the opposite party.

¶2Learned counsel for the opposite party has stated that the order of the writ Court has been complied with. Affidavit of compliance to that effect is already on record.

¶3Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that in compliance of the order of the writ court the entire amount as due to the petitioner has been released but the security deposit alongwith interest has not been paid to the petitioner.

¶4In the wake of aforesaid development nothing remains to be adjudicated by this Court in this writ petition.

¶5Accordingly the contempt application is dismissed.

¶6Notices, if any, stand discharged.
