Pandey, learned Advocate has filed Vakakatnama on behalf of Respondent No.7, which is taken on record. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. Petitioner claims that he has already granted status quo in O.S. No.612 of 2017 by the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Court No.2, Sultanpur on 18.9.2017, however, the said order is violated by the respondents. The petitioner has already moved an application before the court concerned for appropriate help of the police authorities to ensure compliance of the order. In view of above, the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Court No.2, Sultanpur shall consider and decide the aforesaid application by reasoned and speaking order after hearing all parties concerned as expeditious as possible and if requires take up the matter on day-to-day basis. It goes without saying that the police and administrative authorities are bound to ensure compliance of the order passed by the Court. With the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of. .
