(a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party particularly opposite party no. 1 to 3 to transfer the investigation to the first information report dated 18.8.2023 in F.I.R./Case Crime No. 173 of 2023 under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 304-B I.P.C. and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station-Asiwan, District-Unnao to some other Investigating Officer or any other independent agency for conducting the investigation fair and proper manner.

(b) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party no 3 to 4 to arrest the accused persons/opposite party no. 7 to 10 of the in F.I.R./Case Crime No. 173 of 2023 under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 304-B I.P.C. and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station-Asiwan, District-Unnao Learned A.G.A. has filed counter affidavit before the Court, which is taken on record. On the basis of the counter affidavit, learned A.G.A. submitted that charge sheet has been submitted against the respondent no 5 and 6 and names of the respondent nos. 7, 8 and 9 have been deleted in the matter. The writ petition is disposed of with a leaving it open to the petitioner to file appropriate application, in case any grievance is left, before the Magistrate concerned.
