(2) None appears for the petitioners.

(3) Learned A.G.A. has produced before this Court the written instructions sent by Shri Surya Kumar Dixit, the Sub-Inspector of Police Station Lambhuwa, District Sultanpur, alongwith Case Diary which contains the record of statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. of the victim concerned. According to the said statement of the victim specific allegation has been made against the petitioners nos.5 & 6 namely Jhure @ Raju and Murli, respectively, for raping the victim.

(4) Against the other petitioners namely Petitioners nos.1, 2, 3 and 4 namely Raju, Ramlal, Smt. Sushila and Preeti respectively, the allegations of harassment have been made.

(5) With regard to the other family members that is the other petitioners, in the instructions it has come out that the Petitioner no.1-Raju, (Husband) has married second time and Section 494 I.P.C. has been added during the course of investigation.

(6) This Court finds no good ground to show interference in the matter.
