¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner and and Mr. Vijay Dixit, learned counsel for opposite parties.

¶2Petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties for providing pension and pensionary benefits to petitioner including provisional pension.

¶3After arguing at some length, learned counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to file afresh in view of fact that certain relevant pleadings have been inadvertently omitted.
