Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned AGA for respondent no. 1 to 3. Notices to respondent no. 4 are dispensed with in view of the proposed order. By this petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief:- "ISSUE a writ order or direction in the nature of Habeas Corpus directing to the opposite party no. 4 to produce the petitioner/detenue before this Hon'ble Court." Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing for some time submits that he does not want press the petition for production of the detenue before this Court at this stage, rather confines his prayer that being a father, he may be granted visiting rights to meet the detenue who is with his mother i.e. respondent no. 4 in this petition. Learned AGA has no objection to this innocuous prayer. In view of the above, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no. 4 that she will permit the deponent Taiyub Siddiqui to meet the detenue Hamd who is two and half years old on every second and fourth Sunday of the every month between 11 am to 3 pm at her residence.
