¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. and perused the record.

¶2The present application has been filed by the applicant to direct learned Trial Court to expedite the trial of Case No. 1137/2014, Computerized Case No. T20141043051137 U/s 145 Cr.P.C., Police Station-Tikonia, District-Lakhimpur Kheri pending in the Court of S.D.M., Tahsil-Nighasan, District-Lakhimpur Kheri (Sita Ram vs. Shiv Nath & Others), expeditiously.

¶3Learned counsel for the applicant submits that only prayer of the applicant is that a direction may be issued to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously.

¶4Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the innocuous prayer of the applicant.

¶5In view of the above, without entering into merits of the case, I hereby direct learned Trial Court to expedite the trial of Case No. 1137 /2014, Computerized Case No. T20141043051137 U/s 145 Cr.P.C., Police Station-Tikonia, District-Lakhimpur Kheri pending in the Court of S.D.M., Tahsil-Nighasan, District-Lakhimpur Kheri (Sita Ram vs. Shiv Nath & Others), expeditiously in accordance with law without giving any adjournments to either of the parties.
