¶1Present petition has been filed challenging the order whereby the fair price shop license of the petitioner was cancelled and the shop in question was allotted to a third person.

¶2Learned Standing Counsel states that against the order of cancellation, an appeal is prescribed under the Control Order.

¶3In view thereof, the present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to prefer an appeal in accordance with law.
