And 2 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Amit Srivastava,Shweta Shahi Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Manish Mathur,J. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of opposite parties. Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the opposite parties to consider petitioner's promotion on the post of Supply Inspector in terms of seniority list dated 29th January, 2016. It has been submitted that petitioner was initially appointed on compassionate basis on the post of Supply Clerk in the year 1992 in lieu of services rendered by his father who passed away in harness and therefore petitioner has now completed 31 years of satisfactory service but despite being eligible and coming within zone of consideration, his case for further promotion has not been considered thereby depriving him of his fundamental right for such consideration.
