¶1The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the suspension order-cum-show cause notice dated

17.10.2023, whereby the shop of the petitioner was placed under suspension.

¶2It appears from the record that the petitioner had filed a reply along with affidavits of various cardholders on 08.11.2023.

¶3Considering the fact that the petitioner has already approached the respondent by filing an appropriate reply and the suspension order was passed almost two months ago, the present petition is disposed off directing the Licensing Authority to decide the issue as agitated in the suspension order after considering the reply of the petitioner and in accordance with the Government Order dated 05.08.2019 within a period of one month from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
