Hon'ble Manish Mathur,J. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and Mr. S.B. Pandey learned Senior Counsel assisted by Mr. Varun Pandey learned counsel for opposite parties. Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the opposite parties to consider petitioner's application for compassionate appointment in lieu of services rendered by his father late Prem Nath who passed away in harness on 2nd March, 2020. It has been submitted that petitioner had thereafter submitted an application for compassionate appointment on 25th May, 2023 and in pursuance thereof, the Superintendent of Post Offices, Bahraich Division has recommended petitioner's case in the next circle relaxation committee meeting but no final decision has yet been taken. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of opposite parties however submits that petition is premature since the meeting of C.R.C. has not yet been held and petitioner's case would be considered whenever meeting is next held.
