¶1Present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to the opposite party no.2 to conclude the enquiry proceedings in pursuance of complaint dated 21.03.2022 under Section 95(1)(g) read with Section 110 of U.P. Panchayat Raj Act 1947 in accordance with law within stipulated time period against the opposite party no.6 & 7. ......."

¶2Considering the fact that a complaint is pending since

21.03.2022, the present petition is disposed off directing respondents to conclude the inquiry strictly in accordance with law with all expedition, preferably within a period of two months from today.
