¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for State.

¶2Petitioner has approached this Court claiming that he is having patta for fishing on Gata No.3074 area 4.3880 hect. and now it appears that the same is being re-auctioned for singhada crop.

¶3Learned Standing Counsel on instructions states that the advertisement is with regard to Gata No.2972 and not for Gata No.3074 for which allotment is already made in favour of petitioner.

¶4The aforesaid statement is taken on record.
