¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Zafar Aziz, learned counsel for the Insurance Company/respondent no. 4.

¶2This petition has been filed challenging the order dated

25.06.2020 passed by the Insurance Company rejecting the claim of the petitioner for compensation. The petitioner has filed an appeal dated 28.11.2020 before the District Magistrate, which is pending. Hence this petition.

¶3This petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate concerned to decide the appeal of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible say within a period of three months from the date a copy of this order is produced before him.
