¶1Sri Krishna Kumar Pandey, Advocate has filed his Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent no.2, which is taken on record.

¶2Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel and Sri Krishna Kumar Pandey, learned Counsel representing respondent No.2.

¶3There is a full agreement at the bar that the matter stands squarely covered by the judgement of this Court delivered in the case of Tajveer Singh and others vs. State of U.P. and others, 1997 (2) AWC 1029.

¶4Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances as brought on record, the opposite parties are directed to give effect to the judgment of this Court in the case of Tajveer Singh and others (supra). It is further provided that the petitioner will not be required to pay stamp duty except in accordance with Article 57 of the Schedule 1-B.

¶5This order will apply only in respect of the security amount/security bond.
