Mr. Tanay Hazari, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents no.2, 3 & 4 states that at present elections, programme of which was announced, are withdrawn and so far as the case of the present petitioner is concerned, the same is also under consideration of respondent no.2 i.e. Secretary, Institute of Cost Accountants of India, C.M.A. Bhawan 3, Institutional Area, Lodhi Road, New Delhi and its authorities concerned, who shall take a decision within a period of four weeks. He further states that till decision is taken by the said authority, fresh elections would not be conducted. The statement is taken on record. With the aforesaid, the petition is consigned to record.
