Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State respondent and perused the material available on record. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner stating that despite being selected, the petitioner is not being given the appointment. It is also argued that in the order dated 17.12.2021 passed in Service Single No. 29718 of 2021, the fact with regard to the selection of the petitioner was duly accepted and despite the same, no joining has been given to the petitioner. It is informed by the learned Standing Counsel based upon the instructions that the directions have already been issued on 11.07.2022 by the respondent no. 3. Despite the said direction the petitioner is not being permitted to give joining, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no. 4 to take steps in compliance of the order dated 11.07.2022 in respect of the joining of the petitioner or give reasons for not doing so within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
