The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer: "(i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing the opposite parties to transfer the petitioner Akhilesh Kumar (Junior Engineer) SAP ID. 17402598 from 33/11 K.V. Vidyut Upkendra Mahuadeeh, Vidyut Vitran Khand, Gauri Bazar, Deoria in Vidyut Vitran Mandal, Deoria to any office of Lucknow Discom or nearby Districts of Sitapur in the interest of justice in terms of the transfer policy dated 03.06.2019 and Government order dated 15.06.2022." Considering the fact that the petitioner has already moved an application which is pending consideration before the respondent no. 3, the present writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to file a fresh application along with the copy of this order before the respondent no. 3, who shall decide the same in accordance with law and consider the grievance of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of such application by the petitioner.
