¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2Learned A.G.A. informs that earlier one application U/s 482 Cr.P.C. No. 5563 of 2021 was moved by challenging the summoning order dated 06.07.2020 passed in Case No. 1389 of 2020 (State of U.P. vs. Ram Prakash Pandey @ Pinku Pandey) arising out of Case Crime No. 405 of 2019 U/s 420, 406, 506 I.P.C., Police Station-Kotwali Dehat, District-Balrampur.

¶3At this stage, after advancing some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the present application.
