This petition admittedly was filed in court on 04.12.1986 and after filing it was got adjourned and was directed to be listed in week commencing 05.01.1987. Thereafter it was listed on

09.01.1987 and 16.01.1987 but it appears that it was not argued and thereafter no effort was made for listing of the case whenever the case was listed and in this year also whenever the case was listed it was got adjourned by the learned counsel for the petitioner on the ground of his sanctioned leave and till date the notices have not been issued, therefore now, at this stage, after passing of more than 37 years of filing of the petition, this Court is not inclined to entertain the petition and issue notices. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has also no instructions to appear and argue in the matter.
