This petition admittedly was filed in court on 04.12.1986, when it was got adjourned. It was directed to be listed in week commencing 12.01.1987 and it was listed on 16.01.1987. Thereafter also it was listed but it appears that it was not argued and thereafter also no effort has been made to get the case listed and argued. Thereafter it has been adjourned on the request made on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner, therefore, at this stage, after passing of more than 37 years of filing of the petition, this Court is not inclined to entertain the petition and issue notices. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has also no instructions to appear and argue in the matter.
