¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties.

¶2In the absence of any objection, the delay in filing the special appeal is condoned.

¶3The order passed by the writ court has already been complied with. Even the contempt proceedings arising out of the order impugned in the present appeal i.e. Contempt No. 1063 of 2006 has come to be disposed of on 18.9.2012 observing that substantial compliance of the order passed by the writ court has been made.
