¶1Sri Prabhakar Tiwari, learned counsel for the opposite party has stated that the order of the writ court has been complied with as mutation case has been decided on 01.12.2023 by the Tehsildar, Alapur, District Ambedkar Nagar. He has produced the aforesaid order dated 01.12.2023, the same is taken on record.
¶2In view of the aforesaid statement, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present contempt petition.
¶3Accordingly, the present contempt petition is dismissed.
