¶1The present application has been filed by the applicant to direct learned Civil Judge (J.D), F.T.C., Lucknow to conclude the trial of Criminal Case No. 8932 of 2017 (State Versus Pushpendra Singh and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 98 of 2015 under sections-498-A, 323, 504, 506, 406 I.P.C. & Section 3/4 of D.P. Act, Police Station-Mahila Thana, Disrict-Lucknow pending before him since 2017, expeditiously.

¶2Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the innocuous prayer of the applicant.

¶3In view of the above, without entering into merits of the case, I hereby direct learned Civil Judge (J.D), F.T.C., Lucknow to conclude the trial of Criminal Case No. 8932 of 2017 (State Versus Pushpendra Singh and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 98 of 2015 under sections-498-A, 323, 504, 506, 406 I.P.C. & Section 3/4 of D.P. Act, Police Station-Mahila Thana, Disrict-Lucknow pending before him since 2017, expeditiously in accordance with law.
