¶1Heard.

¶2This Court has passed order dated 3.11.2023, which reads as under : "1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Amrendra Pratap Singh, learned Standing Counsel.

¶2Sri Amrendra Pratap Singh has stated that he has received complete instructions in the matter, therefore, he may be given some reasonable time to file affidavit of compliance.

¶3Let affidavit of compliance be filed within a period of four weeks.

¶4List on 13.12.2023.

¶5On or before 13.12.2023, the opposite party, namely, Dr. Mahendra Dev, Director, Secondary Education, 18, Park Road, Lucknow shall file affidavit of compliance making compliance of the order of the writ court in its letter and spirit, failing which he shall appear in person on the next date."

¶3Sri Sunil Bajpai, learned Addl. C.S.C. has filed affidavit of compliance and in para 6 thereof it has been categorically stated that the order of writ court has been complied with in its letter and spirit.

¶4Be that as it may, since the representation has been decided in terms of the order of this Court, nothing remains to be adjudicated by this Court in this writ petition.

¶5Accordingly, the contempt petition is dismissed.
