Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of opposite parties. Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the opposite parties to consider petitioner's transfer on the post of Head Constable from District Mahrajganj to District Lucknow. It has been submitted that petitioner's wife also being posted as a Constable is currently working with 1090 at Lucknow and therefore petitioner is seeking a couple posting in terms of government order dated 7th June, 2023. It is further submitted that petitioner's aged parents are also having medical problems for which he would be required to be posted in Lucknow. For the aforesaid grievance, petitioner has already submitted a representation but seeks liberty to file a fresh representation. Considering innocuous prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioner and without entering into the merits of the case petitioner is granted liberty to file a fresh representation before opposite party No. 3 i.e. Superintendent of Police, Mahrajganj. In case such a representation is filed, the same shall be decided by a reasoned and speaking order within with period of six weeks from the date a copy of this order is produced before the said authority.
