Mr. Gaurav Mehrotra learned counsel on the basis of instructions received submits that petitioner's representation is already under active consideration in which final decision shall be taken very shortly. Considering innocuous submission and without entering into the merits of the case, opposite party i.e. District/Session Judge, Lucknow is directed to decide representation/application dated 17th December, 2022 within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is submitted before him.
