Heard, Shri Saryu Prasad Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for respondent no.4. This petition has been filed for a direction for disposal of the Claim Petition No.87 of 2021 filed by the petitioner, which is pending before Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (South), Lucknow. Learned counsel for the respondent no.4 submits that the court itself is passing appropriate orders and there is no unnecessary adjournment by the court and whenever the time has been sought appropriate order has been passed by the Tribunal and the cost has also been imposed for seeking adjournment, which is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner. He therefore prays for dismissal of the petition as not pressed with liberty to file fresh in case occasion arises in future. To which there is no objection by the other side.
