¶1Petitioner has approached this Court challenging the impugned order dated 24.11.2022 whereby his complain with regard to allotment of the retail outlet dealership of petrol pump was rejected.

¶2Learned counsel for respondent corporation raises a preliminary objection that petition is highly belated and is filed after 13 months.

¶3Learned counsel for petitioner states that the petitioner has filed the documents related to his operation for which he was admitted on 17.05.2023 and discharged on 25.05.2023.

¶4The petitioner was not hospitalized for such a long period that he could not file the present petition. He could have filed the present petition prior to his surgery or even thereafter and had sufficient time for the same.

¶5This Court is not satisfied with the explanation given for delay in filing the petition.
