¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State.

¶2Petitioner has approached this Court claiming that respondent no.4-Pradhan/Secretary Gram Panchayat-Mahmoodabad, Tehsil Nawabganj, District-barabanki is trying to obstruct the public path of the village.

¶3Learned Standing Counsel states that petitioner has an alternative remedy to file an application under Section 26 of the U.P. Revenue Code.

¶3In case petitioner moves such an application, the authority concerned shall consider and decide the same, in accordance with law, after hearing all the parties concerned, as expeditiously as possible, unless there is any legal impediment, say within a period of 90 days from the date the application along with a certified copy of this order is filed.
