With the consent of learned counsel appearing on behalf of the contesting parties, the instant writ petition is being finally decided. There is consensus at bar that the matter in issue is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court passed in Writ-A No. 6157 of 2023 Inre; C/M Junior High School, Sakra Yusufpur Vs. State of U.P and Ors decided on 22.08.2023, a copy of which has been filed as Annexure-7 to the application for disposal of the writ petition dated 04.09.2019. Accordingly taking into consideration the aforesaid consensus, the writ petition is allowed in light of the aforesaid judgment passed in the case of Junior High School, Sakra Yusufpur (supra). The respondent no. 3 is directed to pass necessary order on the application of the petitioner dated 16.11.2023, a copy of which is annexure 3 to the writ petition within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
