¶1After arguing at some length, learned counsel for petitioner prays to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to move an application for correction of records before the appropriate authority.

¶2In case such an application is moved by petitioner, the same shall be considered and decided by the authority concerned expeditiously in accordance with law.
