13.12.2023 has been submitted by the District Judge, Sultanpur. Perused the report. This petition has been filed for a direction for disposal of Regular Suit No.368 of 1990 (Dhanraji Vs. Ram Sumer and Others) pending in the court of Civil Judge (J.D.) Kadipur, Sultanpur and as per the report of the District Judge-Sultanpur dated 13.12.2023, the said court is vacant since 18.11.2023, therefore the Civil Judge (Sr. Division) Kadipur has been authorized for hearing the matter of the said court and the next date fixed in the matter is 14.12.2023. Earlier by means of the report dated 14.11.2023, the District Judge had informed that he has directed to the concerned officer to dispose of the case expeditiously. Considering the nature of the order proposed to be passed, the requirement of issuance of notice to the respondents is dispensed with. The petition is disposed of with direction to dispose of the case expeditiously as directed by the District Judge, Sultanpur fixing short dates and the District Judge, Sultanpur shall monitor and ensure that his direction is complied. ...................................................................(Rajnish Kumar, J.)
