Petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to include the name of the petitioner in District Level final seniority list of Seasonal Collection Peon 2022-23 of District Pratapgarh.

(ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to consider the case of the petitioner for regularization on the post of Seasonal Collection Peon keeping in view the Uttar Pradesh Collection Peon's Service Rules, 2004 and the government orders issued time to time.

(iii) Issue a writ, order or direction in any nature which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the case.

(iv) Award the cost of the Writ Petition in favour of the petitioner." Learned counsel for petitioner however, on the basis of instructions submits that inadvertently the final seniority list could not be challenged and therefore seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to file afresh.
