¶1Learned counsel for petitioners prays to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition as certain necessary documents could not be filed with present writ petition.

¶2Sri Vinay Shankar, learned counsel for respondent Bank raises a preliminary objection with regard to jurisdiction of the matter.

¶3Learned counsel for petitioners submits that the same shall be addressed in case fresh petition is filed.
