¶1Sri Krishna Kumar Singh, Advocate has filed power on behalf of respondent no.5 today and the same is taken on record.

¶2Heard learned counsel for parties.

¶3Petitioner has approached this Court for a mandamus commanding the respondents to grant compensation of the assets situated over Gata No.415 in Village Tandwa Jalal Tehsil Alapur, District Ambedkar Nagar.

¶4Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel on instruction states that the dispute is between brothers with regard to compensation of house which existed upon the land acquired and taken through sale deed. The said matter is being referred by the authority to the Reference Court under Section 64 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.

¶5The aforesaid statement is taken on record.

¶6In view thereof, parties may approach the Reference Court and the court shall decide the dispute, after hearing all parties concerned in accordance with law.
