¶1Sri Saurabh Upadhyay, learned counsel for the applicants has stated that both the applicants have been declared juvenile by the Juvenile Justice Board, therefore, he does not want to press the present bail application and he will seek remedy before appropriate forum. Sri M.V.S. Chauhan, learned AGA has no objection to this prayer.
