¶2None present on behalf of the petitioner. However, learned Standing Counsel for the State is present.

¶3From perusal of the order sheet, it transpires that on

18.09.2023, 21.09.2023, 06.10.2023, 08.11.2023, 01.12.2023,

08.12.2023, the matter is extended or adjourned on either of the pretext on behalf of the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner has no interest in this petition.

¶4An out of station slip has again been sent by the learned counsel for the petitioner for adjournment of the case, which is rejected.

¶5Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed, while giving liberty to the petitioner that if he still wants to press this petition, he may move recall application within period of eight weeks.

¶6Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
