The proceedings arise out of the application filed under Order 41 Rule 27 of Code of Civil Procedure was allowed. Reasoning contained in the order dated 29.10.2014 are clearly in terms of the mandate of Order 41 Rule 27. No interference is required. The petition is accordingly dismissed.
