¶1An illness slip has been sent by the learned counsel for the petitioners. However, the matter is a very old one, I am not inclined to adjourn the matter.
¶2The proceedings leading to the filing of the writ petition whereby, the appellate authority has directed the parties to avail their remedies before the civil court.
¶3The appeal in question was filed against an order of mutation, I do not see any error in the appellate court's order directing the parties to get their rights adjudicated before the appropriate civil court which in any case cannot be decided by the authorities exercising the power of mutation. No good ground for interference is made out.
¶4The writ petition is dismissed. Order Date :- 14.12.2023 Raj High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench
