(2) None appears for the petitioners.

(3) Learned A.G.A., on the basis of written instructions sent by Shri Narendra Pratap, the Sub-Inspector of Police Station Kheri, District Lakhimpur Kheri, says that the accused persons namely Vijendra, Jaynarayan and Janardan were arrested on 22.06.2022 and thereafter Charge-sheet has been prepared and the same has been filed in Court.

(4) Since the Charge-sheet has been prepared by the Investigating Officer, it is presumed that sufficient evidence has been collected and filed with the Charge-sheet before the Trial Court for its evaluation, therefore, this Court feels it to be inappropriate to interfere at this stage.
