Misra Hon'ble Pankaj Bhatia,J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State respondent and perused the material brought on record. The present petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of 'Mandamus' thereby commanding the opposite party no. 1 to restrain to opposite party no. 6 not to disposses the petitioner from land in suit for which he has admitted the case of the petitioner in his written statement in regular suitno. 1698 of 2010 till the disposal of the injunction application pa ding in the suit present.

(ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby commanding the opposite party no. 1 to decide the injunction application pending in suit no. 1698 of 2010." Considering the fact that the petition was filed in the year 2015 and was not even argued once, I do not see any reason to keep the matter pending.
