¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties.

¶2Petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties to the following effect:- A) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding opposite parties for making payment of all death-cum-retiral benefits i.e. remaining GPF, Gratuity, leave encashment of 300 days, G.I.S. etc. after proper fixation/increments of pay and also grant family pension to the petitioner from the date of his mother's death i.e. 20.09.1994 till date of 25 years age of petitioner and pay the arrears whereof along with interest @ 12% P.A.

¶3Since considering petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to file fresh representation before opposite party no.2 i.e. Director, Bal Vikas Sewa Evam Pushtahar U.P. who shall consider and decide the same within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority along with fresh representation.
